Each project starts with creating a scenario and populating its data in the anyLogistix tables.

Scenario contains complete information (available by the specified date) on inventory, shipping and related operations, as well as all the data on vehicles, warehouses etc.

Scenario data can't be edited while an experiment is processing it.

A user can:

• Create scenarios.
• Import data to new or existing scenarios. Import of the scenario data is done from the MS Excel file or database.
• Convert scenarios from one type to another.
• Export scenario data. Export of the scenario data is done to the MS Excel file or database.
• Rename scenarios.
• Close one or several scenarios in this project.
• Delete scenarios from the project.

Each scenario type has its label. The labels are available on the Home page, scenarios ribbon, dialog boxes (e.g.scenario properties):

• — label for scenarios of the Greenfield analysis type.
• — label for scenarios of the Network optimization type.
• — label for scenarios of the Simulation type.
