Flows

Statistics related to this group provide detailed information on the flows during the experiment run for the specified Scenario.

Flows Amount

[Used within NO experiment only] Shows detailed information on the flows within the supply chain. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of every iteration.
  • Collected per:
    • Iteration — refers to the specified number of best solutions. In other words, it enumerates the found solutions.
      E.g. 1 — first solution, 2 — second solution and so on.
    • Product — the product used within the flow.
    • Vehicle type — the vehicle type used to perform delivery.
    • Period — the period, during which the data is collected.
    • From — the source of the flow.
    • To — the destination of the flow.

Produced Amount

[Used within NO experiment only] Shows detailed information on the amount of products produced within the specified period of time. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of every iteration.
  • Collected per:
    • Iteration — refers to the specified number of best solutions. In other words, it enumerates the found solutions.
      E.g. 1 — first solution, 2 — second solution and so on.
    • Object — the name of the object (Factory) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • BOM — the list of components, based on which the product is produced.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Produced End Products

[Used within NO experiment only] Shows the amount of the produced end products within the specified period of time.

Production Consumed Materials

[Used within NO experiment only] Shows the amount of the consumed materials within the specified period.

Products Flow by Vehicle Type

[Used within NO experiment only] Shows the amount of products delivered within the current flow. Statistics is gathered only for the vehicles that are using Paths with FTL transportation policy.
The data is:

  • Updated at the end of every iteration.
  • Collected per:
    • Iteration — refers to the specified number of best solutions. In other words, it enumerates the found solutions.
      E.g. 1 — first solution, 2 — second solution and so on.
    • Vehicle type — the vehicle type used to perform delivery.
    • Period — the period, during which the data is collected.
    • From — the source of the flow.
    • To — the destination of the flow.

Satisfied Demand

[Used within NO experiment only] Shows the amount of satisfied demand (in units specified in the experiment settings).

The data is:

  • Updated at the end of every iteration.
  • Collected per:
    • Iteration — refers to the specified number of best solutions. In other words, it enumerates the found solutions.
      E.g. 1 — first solution, 2 — second solution and so on.
    • Object — the name of the object the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period, for which the data is calculated.
