Shows statistics on the amount of available staff at a site. It is a custom statistic that is used with the ExtendedDC extension only.
The data is collected per:

• Type — the type of object the data is collected on.
• Object — the name of the object the data is collected on.
• Staff type — the staff types of the corresponding object.
